The free Propane Blueprint brings together business-planning training and practical resources for organising an online coaching service. It is useful if you want to see how the business fits together or need a starting structure for a specific task.
The resources are accessed through the Blueprint signup. Choose the item that addresses your current problem rather than trying to rebuild your whole business around every template at once.
A four-phase business blueprint
The first resource is the four-phase blueprint for online coaching. Use it to understand the sequence of building the business and identify your current stage.
The resource's title refers to a monthly revenue target. Treat that as the subject of the training, not an income promise. Your offer, implementation, costs and market will affect your results.
Planning from the longer term to the day
The planning training shows how Jonny and Yusef connect a longer-term direction to annual and daily work. This is the relevant starting point if your task list keeps growing but the important projects do not move.
The session-day tracker provides another way to make planned work visible. Use it to record the sessions you actually complete, then adjust a plan that repeatedly proves unrealistic.
Client management and CRM resources
The bundle includes a client-management Notion template and a basic client CRM template. They serve related but different purposes: organising delivery and maintaining a clear view of relationships and follow-up.
Before using either, decide what information you need, who should have access and how you will keep it current. Copying a template does not establish a reliable working process by itself.
An outsourcing template
The outsourcing resource is relevant when routine work is taking time away from tasks that need your judgement. Start with a specific repeatable job and define what a good result looks like before handing it over.
Where to begin
If your business direction is unclear, start with the blueprint. If the direction is clear but execution is scattered, use the planning resources. If client administration is the immediate constraint, inspect the client-management and CRM templates first.
Adapt a resource to one real task, use it, then review whether it helped. A small improvement that becomes part of your week is more useful than a collection of unused templates.
