The Propane mentorship helps coaches build an online business through two programmes: Launchpad and Accelerator. Launchpad establishes the offer and helps you attract your first clients. Accelerator connects automated selling, coaching delivery and paid advertising so you can grow from those foundations.
The work is supported by a dedicated CoPilot, group support and Pulse software. The purpose is to help you build and operate your business, with guidance and feedback as you implement each part.
Launchpad: build an offer and attract your first clients
Start with the person you can help and the result they want. Launchpad covers identifying your ideal client, developing your offer and attracting your first ten clients through direct methods, without cold direct messages.
The offer needs to connect your expertise to a problem your intended client recognises. Conversations with that audience help you find the language, questions and objections that matter.
Getting clients also gives you the opportunity to deliver results and learn what the service needs. Those foundations give Accelerator something real to grow. An automated sales process cannot do the work of understanding your clients for you.
Accelerator: connect selling, delivery and advertising
Accelerator builds the automated selling system and semi-automated coaching delivery around your offer. In this process, a person comes from an ad to a landing page, joins a 14-day challenge and receives an invitation to the group programme.
The challenge is the workshop experience in the middle. The automated selling system includes the surrounding pages, messages and follow-up that connect the whole journey.
Pulse brings together the CRM, sales pipeline, conversations, automations and reporting. Ad Launcher lets you run advertising through a simplified interface. You still need to check the message, follow the numbers and deliver the coaching that clients bought.
Your CoPilot helps you implement the plan
Your CoPilot is a dedicated one-to-one success partner, with an onboarding call, a personalised roadmap, messaging and strategy calls at each phase. Bring the work you have completed, the result and the question you need help answering.
That gives your CoPilot something concrete to review. Feedback can help you spot a confusing offer or decide which part of a campaign to improve next. It does not remove your responsibility for acting on the plan or serving your clients.
Understand the support and access you are choosing
The offer includes an initial 12 weeks of one-to-one CoPilot support, weekly hotseat clinics, workshops, the community, Pulse and AI tools. Continuing one-to-one coaching monthly after that period is an option, alongside lifetime access to specified community and learning support.
Check the current written offer for the exact inclusions, ongoing software arrangements and guarantee terms that apply when you join. A support guarantee should not be read as a promise that every coach will achieve the same client count or income.
Decide whether the approach fits
Bring your starting point to the conversation: who you help, what you sell, the clients you already serve and the work you need help completing. Ask where you would start in Launchpad or Accelerator and what you would be expected to implement first.
